This high-performance debug and parallel trace unit enables powerful debug and optimization of any Arm processor-based hardware target. Ideal for any Arm architectures, supporting a maximum of 19.2 Gbps parallel trace when used alongside Arm Development Studio.

JTAG and SWD (serial-wire debug).


Target connectors

Target connectors for the DSTREAM-PT probe include 20-pin Arm JTAG connector, 14-pin TI JTAG connector, 10-pin & 20-pin high-density CoreSight connectors, MIPI-60 (QSH) connector, single (16-bit) and dual (32-bit) MICTOR 38 connectors.


Trace bandwidth

Trace capture of up to 32-bit wide trace ports, up to 300 MHz DDR (600 Mb/s per pin)


Software requirements

This debug probe is best used alongside Arm Development Studio 2019.0 or later (sold separately). The probe may also be supported by third party tools.
